She is an experienced consortium‑level grant leader and program director who has successfully managed multi‐institutional NIH grants, overseeing cross‐functional teams across research, operations, and compliance. She combines deep expertise in strategic grant writing, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring scientific rigor with timely deliverables. Her leadership has led to securing competitive NIH funding and sustaining large collaborative projects, ensuring alignment between scientific aims, regulatory requirements, and consortium partner capacities.

    Caroline Duault, PhD - Scientific Expert

    Caroline has a strong knowledge on assay development, harmonization, and advanced data analysis. She plays a key role in multi‑center immune profiling efforts (e.g. CyTOF / mass cytometry) including standardizing protocols, instrumentation, and reagent use across labs to ensure high reproducibility of complex cellular assays.     Patricia Favaro, PhD -Scientific Expert

    Patricia is the lead researcher on projects involving in vitro human hematopoietic and immunological cells . She integrates stem cell biology, hematopoiesis, and immunology, and involves the use of cutting-edge high-content single-cell analytical techniques such as CyTOF and MIBI.
